Reducing emergency room wait times at Brampton Civic Hospital

Design research | 2017

Conducted exploratory research for the Brampton Civic Hospital as they were exploring ways to reduce the ER wait times which is the highest in Ontario. I interviewed ER staff and patients to identify pain points, needs and challenges in the end-to-end service.
