Hi! I'm Neelima, a product designer with over 7 years of experience helping companies build and launch products that are meaningful for people and create business impact. 

Advocating for users within a business can be challenging with competing priorities but my strongest asset is my ability to simplify complex problems that my team, stakeholders and the business can easily understand. I like to leverage data, insights from user research and work alongside developers and subject matter experts as early as I can to help influence the product strategy. I also like to involve service design thinking in my discovery and research as it provides a more holistic picture of an experience and problem areas - helping us get to the very root of the problem.
